First of all, welcome to my portfolio. I'm Leah Clifton, a 21-year-old living in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. I have recently graduated from Leeds Beckett University, with an Upper Second Class Honours in Digital Journalism.

Ever since I was little I have kept blogs and diaries of happenings in my life, no matter what they may be. It is this that has led to my passion in

writing  - my love for fashion came later, after binge watching Project Runway with my mother and being gifted my very own sewing machine.

In 2016 I began studying Fashion Design at Barnsley College where I further built upon my skills within writing and digital media. During this time my work was displayed on the Kuoni Catwalk at the 2018 Great Yorkshire Show (living out my Project Runway fantasies).

Since then I have focused my attentions on writing about fashion, rather than creating it, of which you can see examples throughout my portfolio and on Leeds Creatives - a student run publication focusing on the creative industry in and around the Leeds area.

I have a huge passion for writing, fashion and the digital world which is reflected throughout all of my work. So, please, take a browse and I hope you enjoy.
